Friendly, fun and professional. (No I'm not getting paid to say that!) I had past last test 10 days ago- no answer yet.customer service is not there or do know what to do.I was promised somebody will contact me.I can imagine if I had any problems with answers.They claim they will help-forget about it.When I initially paid for the course I was waiting for the id number and password .When I called them and asked where is my passwordthey told me I have to wait up to 48 hours????when threated to withrawal from the course email with password arrived in less than an hour.Also I received a phone call that I was not charged yet until course is done.Bottom line if you are not in hurry you might want to risk. nitrox course itself is ok.Service and customer service-horrible.
