You just get out past the break and you sit on your board until you see a wave coming and then when you start to see waves coming you just get ready to start paddling and then you try and throw yourself into the wave and try to stand up.

Diving the wreck of the Kinghorn

Carm, Blake and I spent the day in Rockport on the mighty St Lawrence River.
We entered at shore and swam out to the Kinghorn. The wreck sits 90 feet deep, about 750 feet from shore. We had excellent visibility, saw lots of fish, and had a great time. The water is starting to cool down at 55F (13 C).
Make sure to watch this video to then end, as we met up with a ferocious creature.
